These terms govern your use of Easy AI ("we", "us", "our"), operated at easyaiforanyone.com and related industry-specific domains. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
We wrote these in plain English because nobody reads legalese. Please actually read them.
Easy AI provides AI-powered writing tools designed for small business owners. You create a business profile, choose a writing tool, and the AI generates personalized text content for your business. This includes things like review responses, emails, social media posts, job descriptions, and more.
The AI generates suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before you use it anywhere. We do not publish or send content on your behalf.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.
You own the text outputs generated by the AI tools. Once content is generated for you, it is yours to use, edit, publish, or discard however you see fit. We do not claim ownership of your generated content.
The information you enter in your business profile (name, services, location, etc.) remains yours. We use it solely to personalize your AI outputs.
We own the Easy AI platform, including the website, tools, user interface, branding, AI prompts, and system logic. Your subscription grants you access to use the tools. It does not grant ownership of or rights to the platform itself.
Easy AI costs $19.99 per month or $199.90 per year (billed annually). Some industry-specific domains may offer introductory pricing at $0.98 per month. Pricing may change with 30 days notice.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all tools. No credit card is required to start a trial. If you do not subscribe before the trial ends, your account will be limited to read-only access.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) unless you cancel.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. We do not issue refunds for partial months or partial years.
If a payment fails, we will retry a few times over the following days. If payment cannot be collected, your account will be downgraded to read-only access until payment is resolved.
All content generated by Easy AI is produced by artificial intelligence. While we design our tools to produce useful, professional text, AI can make mistakes. Outputs may occasionally be inaccurate, awkward, or inappropriate for your context.
You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before using it. We strongly recommend reading and editing outputs before publishing, sending, or posting them anywhere. We are not responsible for any consequences of using AI-generated content without review.
We aim to keep Easy AI available and reliable, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or issues beyond our control (like third-party API outages).
We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime in advance.
Easy AI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI outputs will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
This includes, but is not limited to, damages from: lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or reputational harm resulting from AI-generated content.
You can close your account at any time from your account settings.
We can suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, abuse the service, or use it in ways that harm other users or our systems. If we terminate your account for a violation, you are not entitled to a refund for any remaining subscription time.
If we shut down the service entirely, we will give at least 30 days notice and refund any prepaid subscription time that has not been used.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or by placing a notice on the site at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms. If you disagree with the changes, you should cancel your subscription and close your account.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Alberta, Canada.
These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, make up the entire agreement between you and Easy AI. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest of the terms remain in full effect.
